The Trade Competition Commission had a meeting with the business operators in Eastern Thailand.

On March 7, 2019, at Centara Maris Resort Jomtien, Chonburi. Prof.Sakon Varanyuwatana,
Ph.D., Chairperson of the Trade Competition Commission, led four commissioners, Mr. Somchart Sroythong, Mr.
Santichai Santawanpas, Asst.Prop.Visanu Vongsinsirikul. Ph.D., Mr. Somkiat Tankrittiwat, together with Mr.
Wattanasak Sur-iam, Senior Director of Department of Internal Trade to held a meeting with the business
operators in Eastern Thailand includes the Federation of Thai Industries, Chonburi chapter, Rayong chapter and
Chanthaburi chapter accompanied with the Rayong Chamber of Commerce, Chonburi Chamber of Commerce and
Chanthaburi Chamber of Commerce on the issue of consumer goods and services business and situation of the
competitiveness of companies in Eastern Thailand. Also, they promote knowledge and guideline of the Trade Competition Act 2017 to
the business operators to support free and fair trade competition.
