On the January 21th 2020, the Ofice of Trade Competition Commission was honored to lecture kabout Trade Competition Act B.E. 2560 By Mr.Ninnart Kerdlapphol ,Legal affairs officer of OTCC, on the topic. “The business partners in view of competition law: what business operators should to know.” for business operators who are members of JETRO Bangkok, organized by The Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO Bangkok) together with the law firm “Baker & McKenzie Ltd.” the event took place at Waldorf Astoria Hotel Bangkok.
